UniNet acquired the staff and projects from surveillance company CueIncident in November 2008. CueIncident built solutions for the City of Cape Town, for City of Johannesburg and for Tswane. UniNet has also deployed camera and perimeter detection systems at three airports around South Africa.

UniNet Surveillance Services (USS) focuses on government sector, SMME market, aviation, mining, manufacturing and residential estates.
